  • Welcome Reception - Thursday 13th June

    In order to  properly conclude the first day of congress, the ESA-ISA Organization Committee is delighted to invite all attendees to a Welcome reception on the evening of Thursday 13th June.

    The cocktail reception will be hosted in the astonishing building of the Muséum de Toulouse, at 19:00 to the end of the night!

     
    The Muséum de Toulouse is he 2nd largest natural history museum
    in France in terms of the number of visitors and the wealth of its
    collections, which date back more than 150 years.

    As well as conserving 2.5 million specimens, studying and sharing
    them is at the heart of their approach.























    The cocktail is included in the registrations fees for every attendee and accompanying persons - limited amount of seating places

  • Gala Dinner - Friday 14th June

    Do not miss the Gala Dinner, where 220 attendees will be gathered around a delightful meal! 

    The Gala Dinner will take place at the Couvent des Jacobins on Friday 14th June, at 19:00.

     
    The Couvent des Jacobins in Toulouse is a Gothic architectural marvel, known for its majestic
    church and peaceful cloister. Its famous palm-shaped nave, supported by slender columns, is an
    exceptional example of southern Gothic art. Dinner will be served in the cloister of the couvent. 

    The organising committee has some surprises and entertainment in store for the evening.

  • City Tour - Friday 14th June

    A City tour will be organised on Friday 14th June afternoon.

     

    This tour will give you the chance to discover emblematic
    monuments of the "Ville Rose"     with a guide, while strolling
    through some of Toulouse's most beautiful alleyways.

    You will see the real treasures of Toulouse's heritage!


















    Remember to book your tour in advance during the registration, since there is only a limited amount of places.
    Price : 20 euros (VAT Excl.) per person 

  • Tourism Information Office - Thursday 13th June & Friday 14th June

    Advisors from the Toulouse Tourism Information Office will be on hand at the conference reception on Thursday 13th June all day and on the morning of Friday 14th June to advise you on visits to the city and the surrounding area. 

    This will be a great opportunity to plan getaways to the sites and towns recommended in the "About Toulouse" section.
